What is your return policy for knitwear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Due to the delicate nature of Qiviut, items must be in pristine condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Does Qiviut wool shrink when washed?
Unlike sheep's wool, Qiviut does not shrink in any water temperature. However, we recommend hand washing in lukewarm water with a mild detergent and laying flat to dry to maintain the garment's shape.
